Our director Melissa Lanham has appeared in the Imagineers in Isolation podcast discussing the performing arts and her background.
‘For me, theatre has to be immersive… It’s like a fleeting moment that happens in a split second of time and you have the responsibility then as an artist to really affect someone.’
Melissa Lanham is a dancer and actor with over 25 years of industry experience. Her work has been described by critics and reviewers as, ‘beautiful, fluid and potent movement’ and, ‘a gift for story-telling, masterful, impressive and relevant’.
Melissa has served on the board of the Regional Arts Development Fund for four years and established the first Artist in Residency for Dance and Theatre Makers in the region.
So listen in and get immersed by Melissa!
